- Check-out time at 12:00 and check-in time at 14:00.
- All rates above are room charge and subject to a 21% government tax and service charge.
- Maximum capacity for each bedroom is 3 adults.
- Additional person will be charged at USD $55 ++ (including extra bed and breakfast).
- Children under 6 years old are free, while those of 6 to 12 years are charged at USD 27.50 ++ (including breakfast).
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

PAYMENT
Other than payment by cash, we also accept major credit cards like VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB and AMEX.
The balance due is settled on arrival time. Payment by credit card is calculated based on the hotel’s prevailing rate at the day of processing. Differences in personal statement balance can occur and are caused by fluctuation with the Indonesian rupiah and Bank processing time. Grand Avenue can not be held responsible for these differences.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation made within 21 days prior to arrival date, we will charge cancellation fee as follows:
- 21 days prior to arrival date (PTA), a one-night cancellation fee is charged based on the villa type.
- 14 days PTA, a 50% cancellation fee of the total charge.
