TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Check-out time at 12:00 and check-in time at 14:00.
- Free extra bed (maximum 1 extra bed per room).
- Maximum capacity for each bedroom is 3 adults.
- Additional person (adult) will be charged at USD $55 ++ (including extra bed and breakfast).
- Children under 6 years old are free, while those of 6 to 12 years will be charged at USD 27.50 ++ (including breakfast).
- Free day-use until 18:00 (based on availability).
- All rates are quoted in USD, subject to 21% tax and service charge.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

PAYMENT:
Other than payment by cash (USD, JPY and IDR), we also accept major credit cards like VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB and AMEX.Payment by credit card is calculated based on the hotel’s prevailing rate at the day of processing the payment. Differences in personal statement balance can occur and are caused by fluctuation with the Indonesian rupiah and Bank processing time. Grand Avenue can not be held responsible for these differences.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any cancellation made within 21 days prior to arrival date, we will charge cancellation fee as follows:
- 21 days prior to arrival date (PTA), a one-night cancellation fee is charged.
- 7 days PTA, a 50% cancellation fee of the total charge.
HIGH SEASONS:
- Normal Season: 8 January-19 July and 8 September-19 December.
- High Season: 20 July-7 September and 20 December-7 January.
